Way back in 1988 I started making jewellery at the kitchen table with my little daughter Catherine, just simple pieces for Xmas gifts for friends & family......... but years later whilst living in Cairo I visited the ancient Souk with its narrow alley ways overflowing with semi-precious bead merchants, & I was inspired to attend an Egyptian jewellery school to learn their techniques and discover how they created the amazing jewellery they sell. I still visit Cairo & trade with these same merchants, selecting every strand of beads personally.

On my return to the UK I broadened my skills with advanced silver-smith classes at different workshops across the UK, resulting in a comprehensive knowledge of hand crafted jewellery. I sell at craft fairs throughout Herefordshire, and in one or two small outlets but my main outlet is this website and Ebay.
